3. Cancellations and Refunds

Each Vendor has its own cancellation and refund policy. It is your responsibility to review these terms before booking.

Tourvana is not responsible for:

• Vendor failures to deliver the booked service.
• Refunds not issued by the Vendor.

However, we may assist in mediating disputes when possible.

4. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are solely responsible for:

Tourvana is not the provider of the travel service and assumes no liability for Vendor actions or omissions.

5. Prohibited Activities

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your access.

6. Account Security
